We advise across the gamut of legal, commercial and compliance issues, registration of trademark, notice of opposition, renewal of registration of trademark, restoration of trademark, passing-off, anti-counterfeiting actions, certificate of the register with regard to proposed assignments of registered trademarks, registration of registered user, cancellation of entry of a registered user of trademark, search, litigation, drafting of documents, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights including rights relating to trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs. The firm also prepares intellectual property licensing and registered user agreements.
